The Durham B Condominium Association Inc. is registered as a Not-For-Profit Corporation in the State of Florida. The organization was formed under the Condominium Declarations and Bylaws initially created by the developers of Century Village East.
In layman terms, the Association was created to:

maintain the building and common areas

ensure that all unit owners have enjoyable use of their units
